I showed up close to closing time so I was running in because I know I only had a few more minutes left. The girl working there, oh I wish I would have gotten her name. It was almost her quitting time, but she took her time with me, never felt rushed, she was polite and treated me like I was the first customer of the day not the last. She was patient and I really didn't expect that. It was a nice surprise, usually you walk in before closing time at most places and they rush you out. I am a very anxious social person, so I dread going to a new vape shop. This is once of my first experiences where I felt at ease and found EVERYTHING I was looking for at an amazing price. Jareli was super helpful, even with my constant changes to my order not once made me feel uneasy. Beautiful smile and hospitality! She is very attentive to the customers. Rusty's vape & smoke shop is great!! They have a huge selection. They had everything, grinders ash trays, rigs, pipes etc. Top to bottom everything was neat & stocked. I went in due to my brother going in a few weeks before & he went on about how great of a smoke shop it is. The staff are soo friendly & nice. They helped me out from start to finish. This is the first smoke shop I've visited here in Colorado, and I don't regret it one bit. This might be my go-to spot from now on, staff is super friendly (including the puppy that walks around greeting everyone.) I feel really at home here, the shop is well organized and carries a large variety of items. Large couches and waiting areas. Great for any occasion. This is my go to smoke shop. Any accessories and the have it. Always quality products, the staff is great and very generous, if you have any questions feel free to ask them and they will kindly answer them. Another bonus they have a rewards program so for every 100$ spent you get 10$ back. Would recommend this smoke shop and also the rustys in Quebec street ~ Manny A

Absolutely love Rusty's both locations never disappointed with prices or selection of most things but today they were actually out of peaches zigzag wraps but that's a rarity. LOL they normally are pretty well stocked but anyway I went in there and didn't spend a dime actually spent $1 on all of this merchandise because I use my points that you accrue every dollar you use there so quite lovely🙂😊 ~ Alicia K

This place, is the go to place for all Your smoking accesories. From clean glass, to pens and vapes they have it all. On top of reasonable prices its all certified & original. You can always bet you'll be getting the correct and good procucts from all rustys locations. Plus the manager kristen is great ask for her for any questions or concerns her hospitality is like none other, top of the line ~ Jose P

The guy who worked there is professional and patient even though I was a little grumpy with him because of the mask , The bang disposable was a little over priced otherwise I would’ve given them 5 stars , also the business hours needs to be at least until 11 pm but overall I had a good experience in this vape shop and I recommend it ~ Texas

I love Rusty's! My boyfriend and I come here all the time to grab accessories, pipes & e juice/vape supplies! This shop has it all! They also have great prices and a loyalty program!! I like this shop, has everything I need. I also like the rewards program card they gave me. I like the employee, I forgot what her name was but she's blonde and she was super friendly and helpful, not the manager but the other girl. I love this shop, they have great customer service and are very friendly. Their vape selection is a wide selection and have great prices. Their selection on glass is amazing as well from the rigs to the water pipes. But over all the staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely a place to stop for your smoking needs ~ joseph n

I love me some rusty's! Really great selection of stuff plus gave me and the squad a free lighters with our purchase. However they sell the evo wax pen for 3 times what you can get it online for so if you can wait get it online. But that's how it be in the smoke shop today. Bowls are like 10 and a great selection of wraps. ~ Alex

Great place to find anything you need. Had a hard time finding coils for my new vape pen and they had it when other places didn't. The lady that helped us was very helpful and didnt mind making sure the coils worked before we left. When I come back to Denver I'm definitely visiting thjs place. ~ Francisco M

Came in to grab some papers and tips. They have a wide selection of papers from all the popular brands. Got a couple packs of Raw king size and a pack of tips. Was less then I had anticipated! Good stuff. ~ Christopher J
