I showed up close to closing time so I was running in because I know I only had a few more minutes left. The girl working there, oh I wish I would have gotten her name. It was almost her quitting time, but she took her time with me, never felt rushed, she was polite and treated me like I was the first customer of the day not the last. She was patient and I really didn't expect that. It was a nice surprise, usually you walk in before closing time at most places and they rush you out. This girl acted like she cared about her clients. Closing time july 5th if it helps any ~ Alonzo C
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rusty’s Vape & Smoke Shop is one of the best shops I’ve been to in Denver. The staff here are incredibly welcoming and down to earth they treat you like a real person, not just another customer. The store is well-stocked with a huge variety of products, and everything is neatly organized so it’s easy to find what you need. What stood out to me the most was how genuinely helpful and respectful the staff were. They took the time to answer questions and make sure I walked out feeling taken care of. That kind of service is rare these days and really makes a difference. If you’re looking for a shop that values both quality products and great customer service, this is the place. I am a very anxious social person, so I dread going to a new vape shop. This is once of my first experiences where I felt at ease and found EVERYTHING I was looking for at an amazing price. Jareli was super helpful, even with my constant changes to my order not once made me feel uneasy. Beautiful smile and hospitality! She is very attentive to the customers. Yes, you must be 21+ with valid ID to shop at Rusty's. We take age verification seriously to follow Colorado law.
Do you sell tobacco vape juice?
Yes, we do! We carry regular and salt nic juices. We have Coastal Clouds, Candy King, Juicehead, Sad Boy, Fruit/Frozen Monster, Vapetasia, Vapergate, Highlander, and a few others! Thanks!
Having a cracked drivers license isn’t good enough id ? With a Kaiser card and debit cards with my name on them with my birth date as well? ? Even though I’ve been id before.
Hi Evan, sorry but by law we only accept valid IDs that are not damaged, not paper, and we do not accept Kaiser Permanente cards. We actually scan the IDs to make sure they're valid and yours was not scannable and the birthday was not legible. We definitely did not want to upset you or lose the sale, but we also don't want to lose our license, so thank you for understanding. If you download the myColorado app, that is a valid form of ID and you wouldn't have carry your ID. Also the DMV is right around the corner from us so you can get that ID reissued in case you want to go to a dispensary or liquor store. Thanks for your support and we hope to see you in soon!
